Terms of Service

OrioHub provides an AI-powered phone answering service for plumbing and home-service businesses. When a caller dials your forwarded business number, our AI agent answers, qualifies the caller, and sends you a lead summary via email and SMS (“the Service”).

The Service is designed to supplement — not replace — human judgment. OrioHub is not a licensed plumbing, contracting, or emergency dispatch service. Do not rely solely on the AI to handle life-safety situations.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to legally bind your business to these Terms.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All calls answered by the OrioHub AI are recorded and transcribed.
• You are solely responsible for providing any legally required disclosures to your callers. Many U.S. states require all-party consent for call recording. We strongly recommend displaying a notice such as “Calls may be monitored or recorded” on your business materials, website, and voicemail greeting.
• OrioHub uses recordings solely to generate lead summaries, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell call recordings to third parties.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance to your payment method on file via Stripe.
• Included minutes: each plan includes a set number of call minutes per billing cycle. Minutes are measured in exact decimal minutes (e.g., a 90-second call counts as 1.50 minutes).
• Overage charges: minutes used beyond your plan's included allowance are billed at the per-minute overage rate for your plan, added to your invoice at the end of each billing cycle.
• Plan changes: upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Access continues through the end of your paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Upon subscription, OrioHub purchases and assigns a dedicated phone number to your account. If your subscription is cancelled, OrioHub will hold that number for 30 days. If you resubscribe within 30 days, your original number is restored. After 30 days, the number is released and a new number will be assigned upon resubscription.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in fraud, harassment, or any illegal activity
• Impersonate emergency services or first responders
• Process calls requiring real-time life-safety decisions without immediate human oversight
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

OrioHub retains all rights to the Service, including AI models, software, and platform infrastructure. You retain ownership of your business data — call recordings, lead summaries, and customer information — stored in your account.

The Service integrates with Stripe (payments), Retell AI (voice infrastructure), Twilio (SMS), Supabase (database), and Resend (email). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ORIOHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EVERY CALL WILL BE ANSWERED. THE AI MAY MAKE ERRORS IN QUALIFYING CALLERS OR CAPTURING INFORMATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIOHUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ORIOHUB IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. ORIOHUB IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR MISSED BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OrioHub may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, failure to pay, or conduct that harms OrioHub or other customers, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
