SMS Consent Policy

OrioHub collects verbal consent from recipients during onboarding sales calls using the following script:

“Before we wrap up — would it be okay if I sent you a quick text with a link to finish setting up your OrioHub account and choose your plan? You'll also get a text notification any time your AI receptionist captures a new lead. Standard message rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Do I have your permission to send texts to [phone number]?”

Consent is confirmed verbally before any SMS is sent. The recipient's phone number is recorded at the time of consent.
